I started making my own leather bags in 2012, back when I realized I could no longer carry my favorite named brand leather bags I had depended on for years simply due to the weight of the bag before I added my contents, and the stress on my neck became too much. But it wasn’t until I started receiving numerous compliments from others that I felt the desire to take this further. I grew up having the last name "Priddy", so I decided to use that play on words and that is how Priddy Stitches came about. And I truly look forward to helping you "Lighten Your Load", even if it's in a small way.
There’s something else I really love about my bags that I seldom ever see in others. All Priddy Stitches Handbags are made from 100% Leather, inside and out; never cloth material. I want that person to enjoy looking inside their Priddy Stitches bag as much as the outside and also having the ease of knowing shoulder strap bags will remain on their shoulder; no more struggling for us rounded shoulder carriers.

Mission Statement
My Goal is to help as many men and women become aware of listening to their own body; it's always speaking to us but many don't listen until its too late. But by changing a few simple things or routines, we can avoid unnecessary discomforts that can build up to bigger issues later. When we hurt, it affects our mood, our focus and our ability to enjoy life to its fullest. Most things can be avoided if we focus on what our body is telling us.
So, what makes my Priddy Stitches Website worth checking out? I believe we shouldn't have to give up style for comfort. However, if you prefer your leather item to look more 'store bought perfect', or have trouble with leather items having blemishes, scars or imperfections, this website may not be the place for you. When I purchase leather, I prefer it to show it's natural history of that animal, and then I do my best to take that history and transform it into something beautiful and useful. This is my personal way of giving thanks to these animals that sacrifice their lives for our benefit everyday.
